AQLYRON is a software platform in active development for HVAC/R field technicians and service organizations. It is designed to connect symptoms, measurements and traceable technical evidence to the next safe, high-information diagnostic action.

Completed valid tests remain part of the case so the diagnostic path does not restart from zero.
Component replacement should follow discriminating evidence, not simply the presence of an error code.

The workflow continues beyond finding a likely cause to confirming that the corrective action resolved it.

Technology
Calculations, limits, applicability and safety rules should remain deterministic when they can be. AI is used where it adds value for semantic extraction, synthesis and difficult reasoning; it is not treated as the source of technical truth.
Development architecture
AQLYRON is currently at prototype and technical-validation stage. Development focuses on a traceable evidence pipeline, deterministic engineering services, model-assisted reasoning and cloud-ready infrastructure for secure document processing and diagnostic cases.
Versioned OEM documents, page-level provenance, applicability and reviewed technical facts are kept separate from model-generated inference.
AI supports extraction, synthesis and complex reasoning while deterministic rules retain control of units, limits and safety constraints.
The architecture is being prepared for scalable storage, document processing, inference, observability and organization-level access control.
Current development evaluates AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock, for managed foundation-model access and cloud experimentation as the platform progresses toward an MVP.

AQLYRON is an evidence-based HVAC/R diagnostic software platform currently in active development by SERVICE AC FRIGO SRL, a Romanian company established in 2023.
The product is shaped by practical HVAC/R diagnostics, maintenance troubleshooting, electrical and refrigeration measurements, and electronic control-board fault isolation. This field experience informs AQLYRON's requirements, safety constraints and validation methodology.
AQLYRON is a separate software product, currently pre-commercial and under active development. Its initial users are intended to be HVAC/R technicians, service organizations and technical teams that need traceable, measurement-driven diagnostic workflows.
